Tamara has been working in the field for six years, five of those being at Irby 51ĀŅĀ×»»ĘŽ. During that time, she's had the opportunity to work her way up from apprentice to foreman and now to her current role as a unit writer. ![]()

As a woman in construction, especially in the power delivery industry, Tamara is passionate about breaking down barriers and showing that thereās a place for everyone in this field. She's had the privilege of working alongside incredible linemen on impactful projects like FPLās Underground Lateral Hardening, the Parrish Battery Plant, Lockheed Martin URD Feeder Relocation, and numerous emergency power restoration efforts. ![]()
